filling out and submitting this form you agree to the following
conditions:

All bookings must be paid in full prior to the booking date. If paying
by credit card a $50.00 deposit will confirm your booking, and the
balance will be charged to your visa or mastercard on file. If paying by
check the check must be cleared no later than 2 weeks before the booking
date. (we accept cheque, cash, and Paypal).

If bookings are cancelled more than 1 month before booking date, you
will receive a refund less $50.00 for administrative costs.

If there is a cancellation made less than 1 month before the booking
date there will be NO REFUND.

For the birds health and safety we reserve the right to cancel a release
due to inclement weather such as Lightening, Thunder,Tornado Advisories,
Heavy Rain, High Winds, Snow, Fog, or Blizzards. A refund minus $80.00
will be issued.

We will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to your clothing
while doing a hand release. However this has never happened, we
cannot predict everything the birds do.

We always try to be at the event no less than 30 minutes before the
event begins. Therefore there will be NO REFUND due to event delays. We
will allow a 30 minute grace period after your requested release time.
After that there will be an overtime charge of $75.00/half hour or
$150.00/ hr. Please be as close to your release time as possible, so the
booking scheduled after yours can proceed on time as well.

We reserve the right to take Dove Release photos of your event, to use
for our own website,advertising, or promotional brochures. By signing
this Booking Form you agree to these terms. If we use a photo of your
event we will print and frame the same photo for you free of charge.

We will not release birds indoors, or at night.

We will not release birds beyond a range that they are able to safely
fly. There may be extra charges for mileage.

A coordinator must be present, we will NOT ship birds for self release.
We
promise to do the best we can to assure the best quality White Dove
Release possible. It is important that you communicate to us your wishes
so we can better serve you.
No deposit is required to book a dove release for a funeral or memorial
service. We understand that the loss of a loved one can come
unexpectedly. Please don't hesitate to call us on short notice. We will
do our best to accommodate your needs.
We
will do all we can to work with your Photographer or Videographer,
However we are not responsible for any missed photos or missed
opportunities that may be incurred during the release.
